• This song seems to calm me down when things get stressful. It talks about how you need to just relax and calm down when you’re under pressure. The band Florida Georgia Line sings this song, they are a country band, and are Christian which contributes to the reason why the meaning of a lot of their songs are underlined with Christianity. Music video takes place in a Church hence the song “Confession.” I feel like the story/message of the song is very accurate because it helps to just sit back and drink a cold one.

Being a runner, this quote has stood out among all others and has motivated me to become better within my passion of running. Prefontaine led by example and impacts all who have watched him run. His message to all athletes is to always strive for better. Your fastest can always be faster, your best can always be better. That’s what pushes me to become great.
